The FERTI-EASY line of water unit has become a household name in the industry, thanks to their clever design and accurate and reliable operation. The capacities of the FERTI-EASY units range from 5 to 180 m3/hr and all utilise soft starters. Every pump is equipped with a temperature safeguard.

FERTI-EASY FEATURES

The FERTI-EASY is the right choice for any crop, grown in NFT or DFT process. The FERTI-EASY ensures that your crop receives the right amount of water, with the right blend of nutrients, at the right times. This unit is suitable for controlling various methods of hydroponic fertigation processes like NFT and DFT with 24 X 7 recirculation with desired nutrient concentrations. One of the main functions of the FERTI-EASY is to mix water and fertilisers. The well-thought-out design of the dosing system unit ensures that this is always done with the utmost precision, regardless of the specific fertilisers used. The FERTI-EASY enables fertilisers to be dosed from three or, optionally, even eight fertiliser tanks, in any ratio required.

It doesn’t matter whether you work with compound or simple fertilisers, preparing the right blend will take no time at all. The system even lets you add other substances, such as pest control agents, to the fertigation mixture. The FERTI-EASY is equipped to control 50 valves, and extra can be installed depends on customer requirements. All fertigation settings are saved independently of the valves in ‘irrigation programs’, which you simply link to the desired valve group.

The main benefit of this approach is that you only have to configure the settings once. If you want to change the fertigation strategy of a valve group later, all you need to do is link the valve group to a different irrigation program and you’re done. The FERTI-EASY includes a host of, FOGGING, FAN -PAD CONTROL process integration.
