Process

The cleaning unit works with Air agitation application in cleaning medium. The cleaning medium could be any kind of Chemical that uses for seed disinfection treatment or Water.

Dis-Infection process units

The capacities of the cleaning units range from 1 to 20 tanks with different chemical process and rinsing. The capacity of each tank from 50 Litres 500 litres. The smart unit ensures that your cleaning process with the right amount of water, with the air mixing to make sufficient agitation inside the cleaning medium with right amount of times results very uniform cleaning process without any manual interferences. This unit is suitable for controlling various seed cleaning processes automatically with selecting the respective tank number, filling time and cleaning duration time. Each tank will be controlled independently with desired settings
